LATROBE BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL WOMEN
Where Advocacy Began.
Where Women Rise.
Advocacy is where Latrobe BPW began and it’s still at the heart of who we are. Our roots are grounded in empowering women and supporting equality, especially in the workplace. From fair pay to professional opportunity, we stand behind women as they navigate careers, leadership, and economic independence.

We believe progress happens when women have a voice and a seat at the table. Through education, awareness, and action, we advocate for equity and support policies and practices that move women forward. Advocacy for us isn’t abstract. It shows up in how we support each other, how we mentor, and how we stand firm for women at every stage of their professional lives.
UnHappy Hour.
Because inquality is nothing to celebrate .
Join us for an Unhappy Hour that turns cocktails into conversation and frustration into action. This is not a lecture. It’s not a panel where people talk at you. It’s a space to learn, speak up, and connect with others who are ready to do something about the gender wage gap.
We’ll hear from a powerful speaker panel, share real stories, and talk honestly about what pay inequality looks like in our workplaces and communities. You’ll leave informed, inspired, and fired up.

Why Unhappy Hour?
Women are still paid less. Opportunities are still unequal. Negotiations still feel risky.
Unhappy Hour exists because this issue doesn’t go away by pretending it’s solved. We believe education leads to awareness, awareness leads to advocacy, and advocacy leads to change.
Educate. Advocate. Empower.
