LATROBE BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL WOMEN
Community in action.
Latrobe BPW is hands-on when it comes to community. We believe showing up matters, and our projects reflect that belief all year long.

Random Acts of Generosity are a big part of who we are. These efforts let us respond quickly and thoughtfully to real needs in our area. Through Random Acts, we support organizations and programs such as the Latrobe Police and Fire Departments, Mutual Aid, Meals on Wheels, the Salvation Army, Welcome Home Shelter, Shop With a Cop, Mantle House Mission, Westmoreland Walks, Blackburn Center and more. Sometimes it’s financial support, sometimes supplies, sometimes time. It’s always personal and always local.

We also help stock and maintain the community Blessing Box, making food and basic necessities accessible to neighbors who need a little extra support.

Latrobe BPW proudly supports the Miss 4th of July Pageant and parade, celebrating young women, community pride, and a long-standing Latrobe tradition. During the holiday season, members ring bells for the Salvation Army and collect coats through Project Bundle Up to help keep families warm.

And because community should be joyful too, we show up for the Great American Banana Split Celebration. It’s fun, it’s uniquely Latrobe, and it brings people together.

If this sounds like something you want to be part of, we would love to meet you. Join us at a meeting, lend a hand at a project, or simply start the conversation. Message us to learn more and get involved.
